At Illumicrate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items for any reason, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
